Pinot sivi

Za ovu sortu se kod nas još koristi ime burgundac sivi. Najčešći originalni, francuski naziv je Pinot gris. Ova sorta dolazi iz Francuske i mutant je crnog pinota, a uz to postoje i brojni klonovi. Podnosi razna tla, ali ne podnosi veliku vlagu i vapneno tlo, a najbolje uspijeva u umjerenoj klimi s dobrom i ne previše toplom ekspozicijom. Bobica ove sorte je od blijedoplave do sivoružičaste boje. Vinifikacijom kao bijelo vino dobije se vino slamnato žute boje s naznakom ružičaste. Okusom je ovo vino voćno, a starenjem razvija iznimno finu aromu. Najbolje ga je poslužiti na 11°C- 13°C,a naročito paše uz masniju ribu, tjesteninu, rižote i pečeno bijelo meso.

The taste of this wine is fruity, and with aging it develops an extremely fine aroma. It is best served at 11 ° C-13 ° C, and especially goes well with fatty fish, pasta, risottos and roasted white meat.
